The Classic Motor Inn - All About Us
In 1992 the Carter family after lots of research had a good idea of what they wanted and where to locate their dream venture. Branson was that place. First and foremost, they wanted to offer a clean and comfortable place for their guests to stay. The Classic Motor Inn's standards in cleanliness are very high, both inside the rooms, and outside of the building.
The hotel rooms were built two feet longer than the standard hotel room, to allow for more spacious accommodations, which is not always common in the Branson hotels. Also, the construction of the building was an important factor. The 6-inch walls, as opposed to the standard 4-inch walls between hotel rooms, allows for a quieter, more comfortable stay in our beautiful Branson hotel. A table and two chairs in every room provides a comfortable seating area. A well-lit and spacious bathroom vanity, separate from the shower, allows room for a person to get ready while another is showering. Also, each room is provided with a hair dryer, iron and ironing board for our guests convenience.
The Morin family, Real and Linda, knew a quality property when they saw the classic motor inn. In July 2007, the hotel changed ownership. The Morin family assumed ownership with the same attitude the Carter family had when they built the hotel. High standards and values are being continued and are still providing a friendly, clean environment for all our guests. The Morins' knew by keeping the same staff and maintenance program the classic motor inn would continue to be the best place in Branson to stay.
The Morins' share the Carters' love of collector cars. With one of the most spacious and uniquely decorated lobbies in Branson, you will feel like you've taken a trip into the past while enjoying the constantly changing classic cars always on display. You will also find a very special gift shop, with rare and hard to find die cast models of almost every make and model available today. With the popularity of classic and antique cars growing all over the country, Branson is becoming a very popular gathering place. Branson hosts car auctions during the spring and fall, and in August the Cruising Branson Lights, a 3 day event with a midnight cruise down highway 76 and Shepherd of the Hills Expressway. The Classic Motor Inn has always been the perfect spot, to stay, and enjoy the parade of cars that pass by.
Come to Branson soon and stay with us, and be treated like family!
